L. Nikki Hill is the principal of Hilltop Ed Consulting. With two decades of experience, Hill has dedicated her life to educating countless students. Her passion for teaching extends beyond the classroom as she works with both young people and adults throughout underserved communities. Seeing the many missed opportunities for access to quality education and educational resources within her local school district, she was inspired to start consulting to foster better academic outcomes for all.
